The ProBio Detect™ qPCR Panel—UTI 11 Target (96-well plate, 20 µL) is a pre-spotted 11-plex qPCR panel for simultaneous detection of a clinically relevant range of uropathogens from extracted nucleic acid samples, formatted for 20 µL reaction volumes. The 11-target coverage expands upon core uropathogen detection to include additional gram-negative and gram-positive species associated with complicated and recurrent UTIs, supporting more informed treatment decisions in a 96-well ready-to-use plate format.
